We know that safeguarding protects an adult’s right to live in safety, free from abuse and neglect. While the aims of empowerment, prevention, proportionality, protection, accountability and partnership form the structure of how we develop and deliver our adult safeguarding practices.
The aim of the Safeguarding Adults Board (SAB) Manager Network is to share and disseminate valuable knowledge and learning between managers of Boards or Partnerships.
We have put together a collection of resources that provides information and support around safeguarding, sharing of best-practice and an opportunity to network with your peers. Through this new knowledge exchange the group hopes to influence and promote national, regional and local awareness, to support and strengthen the adult safeguarding offering.
